Q1.How can I get samples of your products?

We can supply some free samples in some special condition ( Total value under US$10 dollars) if you have DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX account or other courier freight and agree to pay the courier freight.
There will be sample charge if total value samples' charge more than US$10 dollars, we will send out the samples once get the sample charge TT copy.
Or you can TT all the courier freight charges to our account if there is no any courier account.
The sample cost will be returned to you once the mass order placed.

Q2. How much the cost will be charged for the samples and the sample delivery time?

Usually twice cost of the mass production+bank fee+freight cost.
Samples Delivery Time: 3-7 working days.

Q3. How long will it take for mass production?

Usually 35 days after receiving the deposit.

Q4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton.

Q5. What 's your usual payment term for orders?

30% deposit, 70% balance against BL copy.
